ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานนี้ถือเป็นข้อตกลงที่มีผลผูกพันทางกฎหมายระหว่างคุณไม่ว่าจะเป็นในนามส่วนตัวหรือในนามขององค์กร, “คุณ” กับ บอทแอนด์ไลฟ์ , “เรา” เกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึงและใช้เว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชัน รวมถึงสื่อรูปแบบใด ๆ ช่องทางสื่อ เว็บไซต์มือถือ หรือแอปพลิเคชันมือถือที่เกี่ยวข้อง เชื่อมโยง หรือเชื่อมต่อกัน (โดยรวมเรียกว่า “เว็บไซต์” และ “แอปพลิเคชัน”)

ข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ ไม่ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ไปยังบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานใด ๆ ในเขตอำนาจศาลหรือประเทศใด ๆ ที่การเผยแพร่หรือการใช้นั้นขัดต่อกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับ หรือซึ่งจะทำให้เราต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการลงทะเบียนใด ๆ ภายในเขตอำนาจศาลหรือประเทศนั้น ดังนั้น บุคคลใดที่เข้าถึงเว็บไซต์และ / หรือ แอปพลิเคชัน ขณะฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายท้องถิ่น ดำเนินการดังกล่าวโดยความเห็นชอบของตนเองและจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อผลที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

คุณไม่สามารถเข้าถึงหรือใช้เว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นใด นอกเหนือจากวัตถุประสงค์ที่เราพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ขึ้นมาเพื่อให้คุณใช้งาน ห้ามใช้เว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ ร่วมกับกิจการพาณิชย์ใดๆ เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรในสัญญาที่มีผลผูกพันทางกฎหมายกับ บอทแอนด์ไลฟ์
ดึงข้อมูลหรือเนื้อหาอื่น ๆ จากเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะโดยอัตโนมัติ เพื่อสร้างหรือรวบรวม คัดลอก ฐานข้อมูล โดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากเรา
ใช้เว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงการรวบรวมชื่อผู้ใช้และ/หรือที่อยู่อีเมลของผู้ใช้ด้วยวิธีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือวิธีอื่นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการส่งอีเมลที่ไม่ต้องการ หรือสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ด้วยวิธีอัตโนมัติหรือภายใต้การแอบอ้าง
ใช้ระบบใด ๆ โดยอัตโนมัติ เช่น การใช้สคริปต์เพื่อส่งความคิดเห็นหรือข้อความ หรือใช้การรวบรวมข้อมูล หุ่นยนต์ หรือเครื่องมือรวบรวมและดึงข้อมูลที่คล้ายคลึงกัน
พยายามหลีกเลี่ยงมาตรการใด ๆ ของเว็บไซต์ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อป้องกันหรือจำกัดการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ หรือส่วนใด ๆ ของเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ
ถอดรหัส แยกชิ้นส่วน ถอดประกอบ หรือทำการถอยกลับเชิงวิศวกรรม ในองค์ประกอบที่ประกอบขึ้นเป็นหรือในส่วนใด ๆ ของเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ
อัปโหลดหรือส่ง (หรือพยายามอัปโหลดหรือส่ง) ไวรัส ม้าโทรจัน หรือสื่ออื่น ๆ รวมถึงการใช้ตัวอักษรใหญ่ berlebihan (เกินความจำเป็น) และสแปม (การโพสต์ข้อความเดิมซ้ำ ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง) ซึ่งรบกวนการใช้งานและการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลอื่นอย่างต่อเนื่อง หรือแก้ไข บกพร่อง ยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือรบกวนการใช้ คุณสมบัติ ฟังก์ชัน การดำเนินงาน หรือการบำรุงรักษาของเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ
รบกวน ขัดขวาง หรือสร้างภาระที่ไม่เหมาะสมให้กับเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ หรือเครือข่ายหรือบริการที่เชื่อมต่อกับเว็บไซต์
พยายามแอบอ้างเป็นผู้ใช้อื่นหรือบุคคลอื่น หรือใช้ชื่อผู้ใช้ของผู้ใช้อื่น
ใช้ข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่ได้จากเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ เพื่อข่มขู่ หรือทำร้ายผู้อื่น
หลอกลวง ฉ้อโกง หรือทำให้เราและผู้ใช้รายอื่นเข้าใจผิด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ในความพยายามใด ๆ เพื่อเข้าถึงข้อมูลบัญชีที่ละเอียดอ่อน เช่น รหัสผ่านของผู้ใช้
ใช้เว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ เพื่อโฆษณาหรือเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการของคุณเอง

ลบลิขสิทธิ์หรือประกาศสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นๆ ของเราออกจากเนื้อหาใดๆ
ใช้เว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ ในลักษณะที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องใด ๆ

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Bot and Life (“we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the website and the applications as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site” and the “App”).

We are only willing to make the app, the smart contracts, and the site available to you if you accept all of these terms. By using the app, the smart contracts, the site, or any other official Bot and Life product, you are confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of these terms of use. If you do not agree and/or accept all of these terms of use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site, the app, and the smart contracts and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The information on the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts are not intended for distribution to any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation, or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, any persons who access the Site and/or the App while breaking their local laws are doing it on their own initiative and will have to deal with the consequences when applicable.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. People under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts available. The Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except if agreed to in a binding legal contract with Bot and Life.

Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Make any unauthorized use of the Site, the App and the Smart Contracts, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts.
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site, the App and the Smart Contracts.
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts or the networks or services connected to the Site.
Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
Use any information obtained from the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts.
Use the Site, the App and the Smart Contracts to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
Harass, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts to you.
Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
Use the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
